Braised pork rice

A great of bowl braised pork rice not only has minced pork belly meat but also cooks in soy sauce with five spices. The meat is spooned over the hot rice. This food is originated from Taiwan. There is a Taiwanese saying goes “Where there is a wisp of smoke from the kitchen chimney, there will be braised pork rice” .
